shipping methods
Parcels will normally be sent by Australia Post standard parcel delivery, unless otherwise arranged. I will send you the tracking number once your parcel is on its way.
shipping times
Since I posted my first mailorder parcel in 2011 I have posted more than 95% of parcels within one business day of receiving the order. If I anticipate a delay of more than two business days in posting parcels I will advise this on the front page of this website. If you have a very tight deadline please call to discuss the best option.

tariffs, duties, and taxes
There is no Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax) payble on your order.
USA tariff charges (currently 10% for items sent from Australia) will be added to your order automatically and charged as part of the checkout process.
For all countries other than the USA, you (the purchaser) are responsible for paying all tariffs, import duties, and taxes that may be applied to your order.
Miss Emm is not registered for VAT in the UK, EU or any other countries.
shipping destinations
Orders can be shipped to most countries. Orders cannot currently be shipped to Russia due to international sanctions.
If your country shows no available shipping options on the checkout page please contact me directly and I will check whether I can ship parcels to your country and advise you of costs and timeframes.

shipping costs
Costs vary by country, weight and delivery method. Canes will generally be cheaper to post than paddles, because they weigh less. It will often cost the same to post two or more canes as it will to post one.
The exact shipping cost for each delivery method is displayed in the checkout prior to payment. You can check shipping costs at any time by viewing your cart and clicking the "Estimate Shipping" button.

Customers from many countries will also be able to track their parcel using the Australia Post tracking number on their own national postal service's tracking page/app, usually within 24 hours of it being posted. This includes the USA (USPS), Ireland (An Post), and France (La Poste).
