shipping methods
Parcels will normally be sent by Australia Post standard parcel delivery, unless otherwise arranged. I will send you the tracking number once your parcel is on its way.
shipping times
I post 90% of parcels by the next business day after receiving an order. If I anticipate a delay of more than two business days in posting parcels I will advise this on the front page of this website. If you have a very tight deadline please call to discuss the best option.

USA ORDERS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED
Australia Post suspended parcel deliveries* to the USA on 26 August 2025 as a result of the imminent introduction of the Trump administration tariff on low-value parcels. They are in the process of developing a new system ith a third party provider to enable Australian merchants to navigate the tariff process. There is currently no estimated rollout date, nor any detail on how it will work, nor what costs will apply.
I along with nearly all Australian e-commerce business have suspended taking orders from the USA until the current shipping restrictions are lifted, tariff rates and other charges are confirmed, and Australia Post is able to develop and implement a workable solution for merchants to navigate the US tariff process.
Thank you to all those on the other side of the Pacific who have supported me since I sent my very first overseas order to America in 2013. I look forward to normal service resuming soon.
*Australia Post will continue to deliver parcels declared as gifts with a value under $US100. Whilst it may seem tempting to declare sales orders this way, to do so would be both dishonest and illegal, which is not a path I wish to tread.
duties and taxes
All import duties and taxes payable on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient. Miss Emm is not registered for VAT in the UK, EU or any other countries and no international duties or taxes are included in the sale price of any item or order.
shipping destinations
Orders can be shipped to most countries. Orders cannot currently be shipped to Russia due to international sanctions.
If your country shows no available shipping options on the checkout page please contact me directly and I will check whether I can ship parcels to your country and advise you of costs and timeframes.

Costs vary by country, weight and delivery method. Canes will generally be cheaper to post than paddles, because they weigh less. It will often cost the same to post two or more canes as it will to post one.
The exact shipping cost for each delivery method is displayed in the checkout prior to payment. You can check shipping costs at any time by viewing your cart and clicking the "Estimate Shipping" button.

I will send you the tracking number once your parcel is on its way. Courier delivery is available for an additional fee. Please contact me to arrange this.

Customers from many countries will also be able to track their parcel using the Australia Post tracking number on their own national postal service's tracking page/app, usually within 24 hours of it being posted. This includes the USA (USPS), Ireland (An Post), and France (La Poste).
