You'll get two impact sensations in one with this ridged spanking paddle. The blade is 20mm thick and the ridges are another 10mm high and smoothed off on the top so they'll push into the skin but are not in any danger of cutting. The reverse face is flat for a more traditional paddle sensation.

The handle holes are brass, as are the brass details on the flat face at the boundary between the handle and blade. The paddle is finished with high gloss polyurethane varnish so it is nice and shiny.

The paddle is made from Queensland Maple but it is not a "true" maple, so no amount of squeezing it will produce any maple syrup I'm afraid.
