The paddle for those who like their impact play with a bit of added texture. This large rope paddle has 16 lines of tossa jute rope on one face and flat black walnut timber on the other for two very different impact sensations.

At 66cm long and nearly three quarters of a kilogram in weight this is a large, heavy, and quite thuddy paddle and does take a bit of effort to use for an extended paddling session.

The rope is easily removable for cleaning or re-tensioning with the supplied allen key. You can replace the jute with a different rope of your choice so long as it can fit comfortably through an 8mm diameter hole. Approximately 2 metres of rope is required.

The paddle is finished in satin polyurethane varnish for a smooth and subtle appearance and ease of cleaning.

This handcrafted piece was created in Miss Emm's workshop in Sydney's inner west, where unique and beautiful impact toys are brought to life.
