This short bdsm cane is a nice little implement for close up caning or even OTK (over the knee) canings. It's definitely not at all whippy when swung, but nonetheless will still give a nice firm and reasonably stingy impact.

The handle is made from Mackay cedar, which not surprisingly is often found around the Queensland town of Mackay.
