At a whopping 2cm in diameter this cane is more truncheon than cane. There is none of the flex normally associated with canes. Instead you have 165 grams of heavy thuddy rattan for a very heavy and intense caning sensation. Suffice it to say this is a toy for those who like to play hard.

The cane shaft is rattan and the handle has been handcrafted from camphor laurel with brass handle hole and details. The cane is finished in gloss polyurethane varnish for an attractive and smooth surface and ease of cleaning.

Camphor laurel is native to China but is now endemic to Australia's east coast, where in many places it is actually classified as a noxious weed. The timber is widely used for furniture making in Australia, especially natural edge slab tables

This cane was created in Miss Emm's workshop in Sydney's inner west, where the finest wooden kink toys are brought to life.
