This cane features a paddle-style handle into which the cane shaft is fitted. The cane shaft is made from rattan and the handle has been handcrafted from Camphor laurel with brass handle holes and details.

The rather unusual appearance of the camphor laurel in this handle is the result of it being cut from a 45 degree transverse slice of a tree rather than the traditional vertically cut timber board.The cane is finished in polyurethane varnish for an attractive and smooth surface and ease of cleaning.

This handcrafted cane was made by Miss Emm in her workshop in Sydney's inner west, where the finest wooden kink toys come to life.
