Another classic mid-length medium thickness cane with a beautiful figured black wattle handle. 

The cane shaft is rattan with brass handle holes and details in the black wattle handle. The cane is finished in gloss polyurethane varnish for an attractive and smooth surface and ease of cleaning.

Black wattle is endemic to south-east Australia. Black wattle trees in Sydney's Black Wattle Bay were used for housing in the early days of European settlement, but these days it hard to obtain as timber and rarely available in large boards.

This cane was created in Miss Emm's workshop in Sydney's inner west, where the finest wooden kink toys are brought to life.
